Account information

Solarion Discovery may process account identifiers, names, email addresses, roles, authentication events and platform activity required to administer secure enterprise access.

Operational information

The platform may store telemetry, survey records, scenarios, calculated outputs, compliance records and other operational information submitted or generated within an authorized deployment. Data handling and retention may be configured to reflect enterprise requirements.

Service providers

Where an external AI or infrastructure provider is configured, information required to provide the enabled service may be transmitted to that provider in accordance with the deployment configuration and applicable agreements. Enterprise deployments may use private or self-hosted alternatives where configured.

Security

Solarion Discovery applies authenticated access, role-based permissions and application controls intended to protect the portal and its data. Customers are responsible for securing their own accounts, endpoints, networks and connected systems.
